While non-Muslims have allowed Homosexual marriages, Casual Hook ups, flings and one night stand sex. The bottoms of some of victims probably still bleeding or sore from the pastors and priestsโ€™ molestations. As the victims or at least some of them seeking financial compensations.

Despite All of that, not only some of those Christian apologists, pastors and priests have hostile stance against Islam but also some of those victims as well, are attacking Islam for the Muta temporary marriage that existed BEFORE Islam and Islam needed to get rid of that bad social habit via GARDUAL PROHIBITION Like the GRADUAL Prohibition Alcohol.

Unlike those Bad social habits that Islam followed GRADUAL PROHIBITION, when the matter was related to the Faith Islam INSTANTLY Prohibited any form of worshipping for ANYTHING besides Allah Exalted, He.

Kindly BEFORE misunderstanding ANY Hadith- You MUST understand the background Story, be fair to yourself before the lies about Islam lead you to HELLFIRE. Please Read Carefully the Red side notes

Evidence that Muta Temporary Marriage is forbidden in Islam till the Day of Judgment.

Gradual Prohibition of Bad Social Habits such as Alcohol and Temporary Marriages, Alcohol as an example:

Arabs Before Islam were very well-known for their huge consumption of Alcoholic drinks, and When Islam was sent, Islam followed an excellent methodology for the Prohibition of Alcohol. Gradual Prohibition of Bad social bad habits such as Alcohol and temporary types of marriages were considered in order to give new Muslims the opportunity to fix their bad habits and adjust their situations.

On the other hand, when it comes to prohibiting anything related to the faith such as prohibiting worshipping idols. The Prohibition was Instant and permanent prohibition with NO gradual prohibition

This is clearly the case here:

โ€œThey ask you หนO Prophetหบ about intoxicants and gambling. Say, โ€œThere is great evil in both, as well as some benefit for peopleโ€”but the evil outweighs the benefit.โ€1 They หนalsoหบ ask you หนO Prophetหบ what they should donate. Say, โ€œWhatever you can spare.โ€ This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you หนbelieversหบ, so perhaps you may reflect. Quran (2:219)

As you read in these verses, Allah has forbidden it because their sin and harms are greater than their benefit. Also in another text:

โ€œO believers! Do not approach prayer while intoxicated1 until you are aware of what you say, nor in a state of หนfullหบ impurityโ€  Quran (4:43)

And then the final and permanent prohibition:

โ€œO believers! Intoxicants, gambling, idols, and drawing lots for decisions1 are all evil of Satanโ€™s handiwork. So, shun them so you may be successful.โ€ Quran (5:90-91)

Note:

Do not mix between Islam and Shiasm, Shiโ€™a or at least some of them allow Muta Temporary Marriage and we have explained that on numerous occasions.

Sahih Muslim 1406 l

Sabra al-Juhanni reported on the authority of his father:

Allah’s Messenger (๏ทบ) prohibited the contracting of temporary marriage and said: Behold, it is FORBIDDEN from this very day of Yours to the Day of Resurrection, and he who has given something (as a dower) should not take it back.

Sahih Muslim 1407 a

‘Ali b. Abi Talib reported that Allah’s Messenger (๏ทบ) PROHIBITED on the Day of Khaibar the Contracting of Temporary Marriage with Women and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses.

Sahih Muslim 1407 b

Malik narrated this hadith on the authority of the same chain of trans- witters that ‘Ali b. Abil Talib said to a person:

You are a person led astray; Allah’s Messenger (๏ทบ) forbade us (to do Mut’a), as is stated In the hadith transmitted on the authority of Yahya b. Malik.

Sahih Muslim 1407 c

Muhammad b. ‘Ali narrated on the authority of his father ‘Ali that Allah’s Apostle (๏ทบ) on the Day of Khaibar PROHIBITED For Ever the Contracting of Temporary Marriage and eating of the flesh of the domestic asses.

Sahih Muslim 1407 d

‘Ali (Allah be pleased with him) heard that Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) gave some relaxation in connection with the contracting of temporary marriage, whereupon he said:

Don’t be hasty (in your religious verdict), Ibn ‘Abbas, for Allah’s Messenger (๏ทบ) on the Day of Khaibar PROHIBITED that Forever – along with the eating of flesh of domestic asses.

Sahih Muslim 1407 e

‘Ali (Allah be pleased with him) said to Ibn ‘Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) that Allah’s Messenger (๏ทบ) on the Day of Khaibar FORBADE Forever the Contracting of Temporary Marriage and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses.

Sunan Abi Dawud 2073

Rabi’ b. Saburah reported on the authority of his father:

The Messenger of Allah (๏ทบ) PROHIBITED Temporary Marriage with women.

Sahih al-Bukhari 4216

Narrated `Ali bin Abi Talib:

On the day of Khaibar, Allah’s Messenger (๏ทบ) FORBADE the Mut’a (i.e. Temporary Marriage) and the eating of donkey-meat.

Sunan Ibn Majah 1961

It was narrated from ‘Ali bin Abu Talib that:

The Messenger of Allah FORBADE on the Day of Khaibar, the Temporary Marriage of Women, and (he forbade) the flesh of domestic donkeys.

The Misconceptions about Quran (4:24)

As for those Liars who claim that The Glorious Quranic Vrese (4:24) allow Muta we need to Read Quran (4:24) in Context by reading the BEFORE and AFTER verses.

Explanation

One has to read all the adjoining verses in conjunction. Verses 4:23 to 4:25 are about women that a man is forbidden to MARRY. Verse 4:24 is about married slave women who had been captured at the battlefield itself and whose previous marriages were made null and void because they were unable to go back or had converted to Islam in captivity and didnโ€™t want to go back to their non-Muslim husbands. Muslim women suffered the same fate when they were captured by the enemies.

That is why Quran hints at this and says that Muslim should not grieve over what they have lost. If there was a treaty, the prisoners of war were always exchanged. It is only when there was none, that prisoners of war were taken as slaves.

Even so, one month had to pass before a slave woman could marry another man, allowing sufficient time for her family to seek her freedom, if they wanted to. These women were either freed, released on payment of ransom, or exchanged with other Muslim prisoners held by the enemy. Here, Quran is allowing a Muslim man to MARRY from among these women.

Verse 4:25 clearly explains this and creates an additional condition that besides the consent of the woman, the consent of her master/guardian should also be obtained. The master/guardian was not always the person who slept with her.

This is clearly exemplified in this Hadith: โ€œThere are three people for whom there is a double reward; a person belonging to the Ahl al-Kitab who believes in his own prophet and believes in Muhammad, and the slave owned by another when he performs his obligations towards Allah and his obligations towards his master.

And the man who has a slave girl with him, that he teaches her good manners and instructs her well in polite accomplishment, and he educates her and gives her a good education, then he sets her free and marries her off.โ€ This tradition is repeated in Bukhari at least six times.

See also Verse 4:19, which says:

There was no sexual exploitation, as critics of Islam claim.  Since all Muslim countries have signed on the Geneva Convention which allow exchange of prisoners of war and have outlawed slavery, the point is moot to discuss all of these issues unless the aim is propaganda against Islam.
