Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, is His Slave and Messenger.

Our dear questioner, the Prophet, peace be upon him, did not say about ‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her. what you have mentioned. This is a form of telling lies about the Prophet, peace be upon him. Rather, the Prophet, peace be upon him, stated that she is the most beloved of people to him and he is good and never loves except good things.

It was narrated that ‘Amr ibn Al-‘Aas may Allah be pleased with him asked the Prophet, peace be upon him: ‘O Messenger of Allah, who among the people is most beloved to you?’ He, peace be upon him, said, ‘‘A’ishah.’ I asked, ‘Who among men?’ He, peace be upon him, said, ‘Her father.’ I asked, ‘Then who?’

He, peace be upon him, said, ‘‘Umar,’ then he mentioned a number of men.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

He, peace be upon him, also said to her: “Would you not be pleased to be my wife in this life and in the Hereafter?” She said: “Yes, By Allah.” He, peace be upon him, said: “You are my wife in this life and the Hereafter.” [Al-Hakim and Ibn Hibbaan in his Sahih – Al-Hakim graded it Sahih (sound) and Ath-Thahabi agreed with him]

He, peace be upon him, told her that Jibril (Gabriel) may Allah be pleased with him and pay her his greeting: “O ‘A’ishah, this is Jibril greeting you.” [Al-Bukhari]

He, peace be upon him, prohibited that someone harms him by speaking ill of ‘A’ishah. Once he said to one of his wives when she spoke ill of ‘A’ishah due to the jealousy that occurs among women:

“Do not harm me by harming ‘A’ishah, for by Allah, the Divine Inspiration never came to me while I was under the cover of any woman amongst you except her.” [Al-Bukhari and At-Tirmidhi]

Thus, whoever speaks ill of ‘A’ishah has harmed the Prophet, peace be upon him, Allah the Almighty, exonerated her from what the hypocrites accused her of in a chapter of the Noble Quran that will be recited until the Day of Resurrection. Accordingly, whoever speaks ill of her is one of the human devils and hypocrites.

It is incumbent upon the Muslim individual to avoid listening to the people of innovation and evil desires so that their innovation may not have bad effects on his heart, especially if he does not have enough knowledge to refute their false words. Here is the Imam Ayoub As-Sakhtiyaani, the teacher of Imam Maalik, in spite of his great knowledge and ability to refute the words of the innovators, he refused to listen to a word from an innovator.

Salaam ibn Abi Mutee‘ narrate that a man from the people of innovation once said to Ayoub As-Sakhtiyaani: “O Abu Bakr, may I ask you about a word?” He said: “He turned away from him with a sign of his finger meaning, “Not even half a word.” [Ad-Darimi and others]

Brief extract on ‘A’ishah bint Abi Bakr

The following is a brief extract about ‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her that was written by Ibn Hajar may Allah be pleased with him who was a follower of the Shafi’I school.

She is the mother of the Believers, ‘A’ishah, the daughter of Abu Bakr As-Siddiq may Allah be pleased with them. Her father’s name was ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Uthman Al-Qurashi from Bani Taym ibn Murrah.

Her mother was Umm Roman, the daughter of ‘Aamir ibn ‘Uwaym Al-Kinaaniyyah. ‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her was born four or five years after the mission of the Prophet; peace be upon him.

It was narrated in authentic traditions that the Prophet, peace be upon him, concluded the marriage contract with her father when she was six or seven years old but consummated the marriage when she was nine years old. This happened in the month of Shawwal in the first or second year after Hijrah.

Allah The Almighty enabled her to obtain a great amount of knowledge as she was in the company of the Prophet, peace be upon him. Masrooq may Allah be pleased with him said that he had seen many of the Companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him consult her about issues of inheritance.

‘Ataa’ ibn Abi Rabaah may Allah be pleased with him said that ‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her was widely recognized as the best jurist of her time and the most knowledgeable person.  Abu Burdah, the son of Abu Moosa Al-Ash‘ari, may Allah be pleased with him, gave a similar commentary about ‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her .

It was narrated on the authority of Abu Moosa Al-Ash‘ari may Allah be pleased with him that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said that ‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her is the best of women. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

‘A’ishah may Allah be pleased with her, asked the Prophet, peace be upon him, about his wives in Paradise and he told her that she would be one of them.

She died on Tuesday, the seventeenth of Ramadan, in the fifty-eighth year after Hijrah.  May Allah be pleased with her.

Allah Knows best.

Almighty Allah is the highest and most knowledgeable, and the attribution of knowledge to him is the safest.

Right from Almighty Allah and wrong from me and Satan
