Why did prophet Muhammad order the killing of all children that have grown pubic hairs?

First anyone who reached Puberty are NOT children or babies- and YES Part of the Banu Qurayzah Campaign was Killing the TRAITORS including anyone who reached puberty who betrayed The Mutual Defence Agreement Between the Jews in Madinah
AND Prophet Muhammed and Muslims, that Means that Jews in Madinah BEYTARED Prophet Muhammed and Muslims and agreed to ALLOW The Arab Pagans of Quraysh Tribe in Mecca to come and INVADE Madinah and KILL Muslim women, and Muslim CHILDREN from ALL AGES.
That is Why Allah Exalted He sent Angel Jibril to prophet Muhammed peace be upon him to let him know that the Jewish Tribe Banu Qurayza BYTRADED their MUTUAL DEFENCE Agreement with
Prophet Muhammed and Muslims and agreed to ALLOW the Arab Pagans of Quraysh to come and INVDE the Madinah and KILL Muslim women and Muslim Children.
Any Jewish person reached Puberty= adult had been treated as a fighter because OBVIOUSLY that âchildâ chooses to stand up and carry arms and support his Jewish father- despite knowing they had Mutual Defence agreement with prophet Muhammed and Muslims, Yet that person chooses to go ahead and betray all that and support his Jewish father and tripe in the betrayal and plotting to kill Muslim children, Muslim women and Muslims in general.
 So that person who reached puberty and had pubic hair NOT a Child BUT adult, because of the above-mentioned historical, and logical analysis
