We received two questions from a Christian who thought of himself to be smart enough to challenge the comprehensive wisdom, divine sophistication, and beauty of Islam.

Here are his two Questions: –

1. What are the last two chapters that were revealed from the Glorious Qur’an to Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him (he notified us that he asked almost one thousand Muslim, and no one was able to answer this simple question)?

• The second question is based on the answer of the first question, which is: If that last two chapters are the last then they must have abrogated some of the “previously revealed peaceful verses”, therefore Islam is not a Religion of Peace?

Answer:

Let us start with the Glorious holy Quranic Surahs=chapters

“When Allah’s help comes and He opens up your way [Prophet], when you see people embracing Allah’s faith in crowds, celebrate the praise of your Lord and ask His forgiveness: He is always ready to accept repentance.

Qur’an Surah An-Nasr= Chapter the Divine Support (110)

First, to address these to questions we must start by asking the questioner if they have any evidence that Muslims Must follow the Glorious Qur’an in the Chronological order of Revelation?

Obviously, the questioner will not be able to bring any authentic sound Islamic evidence. It is impossible to come up with any authentic evidence from the authentic Islamic sources.

As Muslims we take Islam teachings as a whole and we can not follow parts and disregard parts, but we must follow all the authentic Islamic teachings as much as we can.

Allah exalted he in the Glorious holy Qur’an says:

“Surely the ones who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and would make a distinction between Allah and His Messengers, and say, “We believe in some, and disbelieve in some (others), ” and would take to themselves a way in-between, (Literally: a way between that, i.e., away between this and that).

Those are they (who are) truly the disbelievers; and We have readied for the disbelievers a degrading torment. And the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messengers and have made no distinction between any of them, those He will eventually bring them their rewards, and Allah has been Ever-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.”

Surah An-Nisa= Chapter the women (4:150-152)

Sadly, some non-Muslims judge Islam authentic teachings itself based on mistakes which might be committed by several Muslims. That would be a grave mistake akin to judging a sound traffic law by the traffic law breakers.

Honest, natural and justice careful examination of the ultimate goals of Islamic teachings, will demonstrate clearly that Islam as these Glorious Quranic verses tells us:

“Surely Allah commands to justice and fairness and bringing (charity) to a near kinsman, and He forbids obscenity and maleficence and iniquity. He admonishes you that possibly you would be mindful.”

Surah An-Nahl= Chapter the bee (16:90)
