Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him said, “You should listen to and obey, your ruler even if he was an Ethiopian (black) slave whose head looks like a raisin.”

Allah Exalted He says in the Glorious Holy Quran:
โAnd whatever he forbids you, then give over. And be pious to Allah; surely Allah is strict in punishment.โ

First the hadith is AUTHENTIC and you NEED to understand the context of the Hadith, Ethiopians black slaves USUALLY were Servants and workers from the lower class which were enslaved BEFORE Islam, Islam came to find an existing Sophisticated Social system built on Master-salve relationships between Pagan Arabs and Slave in General.
Islam wanted to DEMOLISH Slavery GRADUALEY to not upset the masters and destroy their lives all together at ones, (similarly in the prohibition of Alcohol too was Gradual).
So, Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him advice Muslims to follow LAW and ORDER and RESPECT and Obey anyone who was CHOSEN by the CONSCIOUS AGREEMENT of Muslims (Known in Islam by Mashura=Consultation and this before your Western Democracy while Europeans were tribes killing each other Viking etc.) to Be leader EVEN if he is Ethiopians black slave.
Those Deviant Sect that calls themselves Qurโanists while denying the Authentic statements of Prophet Muhammed are NOT Muslims despite calling themselves Muslims.
