Multiple First Muslim in The Quran, is there any Contradictions?
Mohamad Mostafa Nassar
I received this attached photo by a non-Muslim that tried to claim that there are contradictions in the Noble Quran. Following are detailed reconciliation between the Glorious Quranic verses as the Noble Quran verses complement each other alongside the Authentic statements of Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him.
First Muslim had been mentioned in various verses in the Noble Quran by many Prophets and people in different times. Many non-Muslims and even Muslims get confused and not sure how to reconcile between these Noble verses here is a short explanation. Asking Allah Almighty to open your eyes, minds, and hearts. Ameen.
“Say, ˹O Prophet, ˺ “Will I take any guardian other than Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, who provides for all and is not in need of provision?” Say, “I have been commanded to be the first to submit and not be one of the polytheists.”” Quran 6:14.163
Prophet Muhammed First Muslim of his nation as he is the messenger to his nation.
“We really hope that our Lord will forgive our sins, as we are the first to believe.” Quran (26:51)
Talking about the magicians as the first Muslims from Pharaoh’s nation to submit to God = accept Islam from prophet Moses. “When Moses came at the appointed time and his Lord spoke to him, he asked.
“My Lord! Reveal Yourself to me so I may see You.” Allah answered, “You cannot see Me! But look at the mountain.
If it remains firm in its place, only then will you see Me.” When his Lord appeared to the mountain,
He levelled it to dust and Moses collapsed unconscious. When he recovered, he cried, “Glory be to You! I turn to You in repentance and I am the first of the believers.”” Quran (7:143)
Prophet Moses First Muslim of this nation at the time obviously any messenger or Prophet is the first submitter to
God of his own nation at the time= First Muslim.
“Then Adam was inspired with words ˹of prayer˺ by his Lord,1 So He accepted his repentance. Surely, He is the Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful.”
Yes, Adam is the first submitter to Almighty Allah= First Muslim in Humanity. But you have Misquoted this verse when it is did not speak about Adam as a first Muslim.
Almighty Allah is the highest and most knowledgeable, and the attribution of knowledge to him is the safest.
Right from Almighty Allah and wrong from me and Satan

Arrogance is not only a sign of insecurity, but also a sign of immaturity. Mature and fully realised persons can get their points across, even emphatically without demeaning or intimidating others.
