Yes, Allah can do anything.
35:1
Praise be to Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, who appointeth the angel’s messengers having wings two, three and four. He multiplieth in creation what He will. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things.
No, there are some things Allah cannot do.
6:100-101
Yet they … impute falsely, without knowledge, sons, and daughters unto Him. … The Originator of the heavens and the earth! How can He have a child?
Summary
It does not say that he cannot do that, it questions how it could be. It is considered blasphemous in Islam. hence the “How can” and not “I cannot”. It refers to God having a son as an absurdity as if to say, “Why in the world would god have a son?”. (Bowofhak).
