Acts of Polytheism: Seeking Refuge with anyone besides Allah and Invoking anyone besides Him
It is EXTERMLY forbidden to bow to anyone beside Allah Exalted He- Bowing to any grave or ANYTHING other than Allah will make you out of the fold of Islam.
Allah, Exalted be He, says:
âAnd do not invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then indeed you would be of the
(unjust) wrongdoers (Quran: Jonah 106)

General Meaning of the Qurâanic Verse Allah commands His Prophet peace be upon him not to invoke anyone of the creatures, who are incapable of either bringing about benefit or repelling harm. Allah, Exalted be He, says:
âAnd if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, then there is no

General Meaning of the Qurâanic Verse Allah is the dominating Sovereign who gives, deprives, brings benefit and inflicts harm. Therefore, none is worthy to be invoked and worshipped but Allah, for those invoked besides Him are not capable of inflicting harm or bringing a benefit neither for themselves, nor for others.

âHe (not best) who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth?
Is there a deity with Allah? Little do you remember

*Allah rebukes the polytheists who invoke others besides Him though they admit that Allah Alone responds to their invocations and removes their afflictions at times of adversity.
He also makes them the successors/ after comers (khalaiif) of their predecessors.
Therefore, the polytheists are condemned for worshipping false deities that cannot grant them any of the favors bestowed by Allah.
Polytheists instead of showing gratitude to Allah alone, they fall into the abyss of polytheism.

Please brothers and sisters this is of utmost importance because it’s not enough for other nations to say we believe in the same God as you Muslims
They also tell you we believe in the same God who provides for us who created us who sustains us

And which means the actions ascending up from us to Allah.
3. How about oneness of Names and Attributes of Allah

The Oneness of Allahâs Lordship is a clear-cut proof of the Oneness of His Divinity
(i.e., His being the only One worthy of worship).
â The polytheists’ belief in the Oneness of Allah can be taken as a counterargument against their repudiation of the Oneness of His Divinity
It is Shirk=polytheism to Seek Aid from Other Than Allah
Allah says:
” Nor call on any besides Allah, such can neither profit you, nor hurt you. If you do, then
you will surely be one of the zalimun (WRONGDOERS) ” (Qur’an 10:106)
Allah, Exalted be He, says:

âAnd who is more astray than he who invokes besides Allah those who will not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection
(i.e., never), and they, of their invocation, are unaware – And when the people are gathered (that Day), they (who were invoked) will
be enemies to them, and they will be deniers of their worshipâ
(Quran: Al-Ahqaf: 5-6)
